A site that explains each of your services, shows your authorisation certificates clearly and brings you the employer's quote request with hazard class and headcount. No monthly fee, domain and content are handed over to your company.
An OSGB website is the corporate site of a joint health and safety unit, as these firms are called in Türkiye. It presents the unit's safety specialist, workplace physician, workplace measurement, risk assessment and training services, its authorisation certificates, offices and the sectors it serves under its own domain, and collects quote requests from employers. Karkiraz Medya, a digital studio based in Ankara, designs, codes and launches these sites for OSGBs and occupational health and safety consultancies working around Çankaya, Yenimahalle, OSTİM, İvedik and Sincan OSB.
As with the corporate website, there is no monthly fee, the site runs on the company's own hosting account, code and content are delivered to the company. The difference is the OSGB-specific structure: each service on its own card, the renewal calendar by hazard class in an interactive table, authorisation certificates listed with their numbers, and a quote form with hazard class and headcount fields. The employer sees the service they need and your authorisation on one page, and the request comes straight to you.
An employer searching "Ankara OSGB" or "OSTİM occupational safety specialist" finds your company's own site, not a business directory. A full-screen field image on opening, with the number of workplaces you serve and your specialist and physician team below.
Figures animate as counters, images are compressed on upload. At first glance the employer sees what you do and how big your team is.
Safety specialist, workplace physician, workplace measurement, risk assessment, training and periodic inspection on cards, each with the scope of that service in one sentence. The link under the card opens the quote form with that service.
In the multi-page build each service gets its own address, Google lists each one separately, and someone searching "workplace physician" lands straight on that page.
The employer picks a hazard class and sees in one table when the risk assessment, emergency plan, health examinations and training are due for renewal over six years. The button below opens the quote form with that class.
Periods follow the regulations, and if the rules change the table is updated in one place. The table reminds employers of their obligations and puts you forward as the firm that keeps track.
The OSGB authorisation certificate, ISO certificates and first aid training centre certificate in one list, with number and issuing body. Hovering over a row opens its scan, and a click enlarges it.
Corporate buyers and employers entering a tender look at the certificates first. When a certificate is renewed the scan changes and the list stays the same.
Besides name, company, phone and email, the form asks for hazard class, headcount and the services needed. Everything needed to prepare the quote arrives in the first message, and the request lands on WhatsApp or in your inbox.
The assistant at the bottom right collects the same details with three questions, and the employer can continue on WhatsApp if they prefer. No monthly form fee.
If you wish, a client login is added to the site as a second step. The employer logs in with a company code and sees visit reports, measurement results and training certificates in one account.
This section works with our business management panel. Reports and renewal dates are kept on your side and appear on the employer's screen automatically. Health data does not enter this screen.

This site is a sample project we prepared for OSGBs. It is not a live client site, company details, figures and certificate numbers are representative.
No, but it is what employers look at most. Certificates are listed with their number and issuing body, and their scans open on the site. Any certificate you prefer not to show stays off the list.
No. The fee for OSGB services depends on headcount and hazard class. The form on the site asks for both, and you prepare the quote.
The periods follow the relevant regulations and are submitted for your approval before launch. If the regulations change, the table is updated in one place without touching the rest of the page.
Each office sits on its own card with its address, phone and a directions link. In the multi-page build each office gets its own page, which shows up in searches such as "Sincan OSB OSGB".
Yes. With our business management panel the employer logs in with a company code and sees visit reports, measurement results and certificates. The panel is optional and runs under the same domain as your site. Health data does not go into the panel, it stays in your current system.
With service details, certificate scans and photos ready, a single-page OSGB site goes live in two to three weeks. The multi-page build takes longer depending on the number of services and offices.
